This aircraft is the creation of Rotec founder, Paul Chernikeeff.

The project started out as not much more that a rusty frame and a wing kit! All the rest of the components were made from scratch, often being copied from other locally accessible Kit foxes.
As can be seen many custom parts were created and this allowed for a completely new style of aircraft.
Paul Chernikeeff suggests he was shooting for a cross between a Mono Coupe and a Stinson.
I'd say he got pretty close.
